RunServices / DevOps

From commit to production,automatically.

We build and run the CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code and observability that let your team ship on every merge — catch failures before your customers do, and stop firefighting at 2am.

How we work

A three-phase engagement, then we stay.

We start by understanding what you run, build the automation around it, then operate it with you — handing over knowledge as we go, and never locking you in.

01≈ 2 weeks

Assess

We audit your pipelines, infrastructure and on-call reality — where releases stall, where things break, and what wakes people up at night.

You get
  • A findings report
  • A prioritised roadmap
  • Quick wins shipped in week one
024–8 weeks

Automate

We build the pipeline: automated builds and tests, infrastructure defined in code, deploys that roll forward and back safely, and observability you can trust.

You get
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Terraform infrastructure
  • Dashboards, SLOs & alerts
  • Runbooks & documentation
03Ongoing

Operate

We run it with you — on-call, incident response and continuous improvement — so reliability and release speed keep climbing, month over month.

You get
  • A shared on-call rotation
  • Monthly reliability reviews
  • Continuous improvement

How we plug in. We work in your repositories, your cloud and your Slack, on a weekly cadence — as an extension of your team. Everything we build is yours: documented, defined in code, with no proprietary lock-in.

The pipeline

Every step from a merge to production.

This is the machine we build and hand you — six moving parts, automated end to end, so a green pull request becomes a safe release without anyone babysitting it.

Source control

Branch protection and required checks, so nothing reaches main untested or unreviewed.

Build

Reproducible, cached builds that turn a commit into a versioned artifact in minutes.

Test & scan

Automated tests, quality gates and security scans on every pull request.

Deploy

Zero-downtime releases with canaries and one-click rollback, driven from code.

Infrastructure as code

Every environment defined in Terraform — reproducible, reviewable, rebuildable.

Observe

Dashboards, SLOs and alerting that page a human only when it actually matters.

The value

The numbers your board cares about.

The four measures that separate high-performing engineering teams from the rest — and where our clients typically land once the pipeline is doing the work.

When something breaks, it's found and fixed before it spreads.

Engineers build features, not firefight.
Releases become boring — in the best way.
It's all in code, so there's no key-person risk.

Figures are typical outcomes across our engagements, not a guarantee — your starting point and stack decide the rest.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do you work in our existing stack?
Yes. We meet you where you are — your cloud, your repositories, your tools. We only replace what's holding you back, and we tell you why before we do.
Will we be locked in?
No. Everything we build is yours: in your accounts, defined in code, and documented. If we parted ways tomorrow, your team could keep running it.
We already have some of this — can you just fill the gaps?
Absolutely. The assessment finds what's already working and what isn't, and we build only what's missing — no rip-and-replace for its own sake.
How quickly can you start?
The assessment usually begins within a week or two of a signed scope, and quick wins often ship in that first week.
Do you provide on-call?
Yes, on retainer and embedded engagements. We share the rotation and the runbooks, so incidents are handled and your team learns from every one.
Who owns the infrastructure and code?
You do, entirely. We build in your accounts and repositories from day one — you never rent your own platform from us.
