Are the certificates really free?
Yes. Domain-validated certificates are free on every plan, issued from a publicly-trusted authority and renewed automatically. Paid plans add wildcards, monitoring and higher-assurance certificates.
How does auto-renewal work?
We reissue and redeploy each certificate weeks before it expires, across your email, hosting and DNS — so a certificate never lapses and you never get paged for it.
Can I get a wildcard certificate?
Yes. One wildcard is included on the free plan; Pro and Enterprise add unlimited wildcards and multi-domain (SAN) certificates.
Will I get an A+ rating?
By default. We enable TLS 1.3, HSTS, OCSP stapling and forward-secret ciphers, and give you a grade report so you can prove it.
Can you monitor certificates I issued elsewhere?
Yes, on Pro and above. Add any hostname and we watch its certificate and expiry, alerting you before it lapses — even if we did not issue it.
